Product Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is your assurance that we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the instructions below to return it for a full refund, replacement or credit.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date received.
All returns must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This number ensures quick and accurate processing of returned goods at our warehouse and will ensure prompt refunds or credits. Call 1-888-FOR-CCTV (1-888-367-2288). Please have your invoice number ready.
RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box. Please follow the shipping directions on the RMA form. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.
Item must be returned in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns on any merchandise that has been modified from the original "as shipped" condition. Returned merchandise must be shipped in the original carton including all packing materials and instruction manuals. Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Software, books, manuals, clearance items, and videotapes are not returnable except for replacement of defectives.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser's card. Check, cash, or money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow two weeks for processing.

Shipping Policy

SHIPMENTS WITHIN CANADA AND THE US

All orders within Canada and the United States are shipped fully insured and duty paid. Shipping & duty charges are calculated separately for each order.

Express Service - Delivery is normally within 2 to 3 business days. Remote areas may take an extra business day in some cases.
Ground Service - Delivery is normally within 10 business days.
Overnight Service - Overnight Service is subject to product availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated on a per order basis. All internationally orders are sent "CIF" (Cost, Insurance and Freight) - all import duties, brokerage fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
